Ginger Tea:

How to use it:

Infusion – over a sachet with the plant pour 250 ml of boiling water. Cover the bowl and leave it at rest for 10-15 minutes, after which it is strained. Drink 2-3 cups of tea a day. It is consumed 30 minutes before a meal. Cures of 1-2 weeks are recommended. After a break of 3 days, it can be resumed until the desired results are obtained.
