Tea for Cough

Traditional uses:

To soothe cough and sore throats that accompany flu and colds. At the recommended daily doses no adverse actions are known except for some people can make allergic to certain plants in the composition.


Internal use – infusion. Over 1-2 teaspoons of the product pour 200-250 ml of boiling water. Cover the dish and leave to stand for 10 to 15 minutes. After infusion strain and you can add a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.

Method of administration:

Internal: drink up to 3-4 cups of tea per day. For a better taste, you can add a teaspoon of honey.
