Bean Pods Tea:

  • Maintains a normal metabolism of glucose due to enzymes, polyphenols and ascorbic acid, constituents present in this plant.
  • Helps control weight
  • It inhibits the activity of the enzyme amylase, thereby preventing the transformation of complex carbohydrates into simple sugars, which are stored as storage fats if not used immediately by the body. The result is a decrease in adipose tissue.


Internal: decoction. Boil a tablespoon produced in 250 ml of water for 10-15 minutes, then strain and consume as such, at room temperature. Drink 2-3 cups of tea a day, before the main meals.
